Before you ask.
Give it 30 minutes for a normal wash — fill, drop the tablet in, flip the shaker upside down so the solution sits against the lid, then rinse. Plain tap water is fine; if the smell is strong, use warm water from the start. For odour that's been set in for months, leave it overnight and rinse in the morning.
We recommend it. Pull the rubber gasket out of the lid and drop it into the shaker with the tablet — that seal traps more residue than any other part of the bottle, and it's the one bit a brush never touches. Snap it back in after rinsing.
Yes — it's made to be safe on the plastic, stainless steel and silicone your shakers and bottles are built from. It cleans the residue, not the bottle. Not for aluminium bottles.

Yes — it's the same job. A steel water bottle, a sipper or a chai flask collects the same film in the lid seal, the threads and the spout, and the tablet reaches all of it without a brush. The enzyme is there for protein, which matters most in a shaker; the rest of the tablet handles everyday bottle odour and tea or coffee staining. Not for aluminium bottles.
